FAQ

From time to time, prospective customers feel that they would like some basic information about the services we provide or answers to simple questions. We’ve tried to anticipate these questions an have answered some of the more obvious questions below.

Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for all orders under £75.  However, we offer Free UK delivery via Royal Mail on all orders over £75.
We accept PayPal as we feel that this is the most secure way of taking payments online.  You do not need a PayPal account to buy from us, as our PayPal payment gateway allows you to use your credit/debit card to make purchases securely.
We send all orders via Royal Mail and they typically get shipped the day after your order has been placed.  All orders are sent 1st class and should therefore arrive within 3 working days.  However, once Royal Mail has your order, we have little control over how busy they are, so please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.  
We will travel up to 50 miles to attend our clients either in their own home or at their venue of choice (Some exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances of your booking, so please still ask us!) however we do have to charge a small fuel allowance for any journeys beyond the first 8 miles. Our fixed rate fuel allowance is 45 pence per mile.
Yes, we require a deposit for all bookings as this provides assurance of commitment on both sides. You can discuss this with us when making your enquiry.
We can accept payment in the form of an Instant Bank Transfer (Faster Payment) and you can pay the deposit using Account Number: 06572091 and Sort Code: 80-22-60.  We can also accept payment by cheque or payment via PayPal.
